The Daiky Service — including ingredient analysis, toxicological interpretation, "clean" or safety scores, environmental scores, and AI-generated recommendations — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Daiky is not a medical device, is not a healthcare provider, and does not provide medical, dermatological, or diagnostic advice. The information provided through the Service does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. You should never disregard or delay seeking medical advice based on information obtained through the Service.
Daiky uses a proprietary scoring methodology, developed with toxicology experts, to interpret scientific and regulatory data derived from recognized third-party sources. Such sources may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to delayed updates. Daiky does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or real-time updating of such data. Furthermore, the same product barcode (EAN or UPC) may correspond to different formulations depending on the country of sale, production batch, date of manufacture, or product size. Daiky cannot guarantee that the ingredient composition displayed through the Service reflects the exact formulation of the specific product in your possession. You are strongly encouraged to verify the ingredient list (INCI list) directly on the physical label of the product you intend to use.

By providing product evaluations, Daiky does not seek to prohibit, promote, or discourage the use of any product, but solely to increase users' awareness of product composition and general characteristics. The Service provides a general and preliminary analysis intended to support informed decision-making, but does not guarantee improved health, wellbeing, or outcomes of any kind.
My Daiky is an AI-powered conversational assistant designed to help users find cosmetic products, understand their composition, and obtain general information about their use.
My Daiky does not provide medical, dermatological, or diagnostic advice, does not replace the opinion of a qualified healthcare professional, and does not constitute a personalized recommendation based on your individual health condition.
Responses generated by My Daiky are produced automatically by an artificial intelligence system. These systems may, in certain cases, produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or presented with an appearance of certainty that does not reflect reality. Users must never act solely on the basis of a response from My Daiky without prior verification from a reliable source or qualified professional.
Conversations with My Daiky, as well as certain automated features of the Service (including ingredient analysis, scoring, and the Usage tab), are processed in real time via the APIs of Google LLC (Mountain View, California, United States) and OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., San Francisco, California, United States), each acting as a technical sub-processor, and are not stored by Daiky. No conversation history or individual query is retained in our systems. If you share personal or medical information in the course of a conversation with My Daiky, please be aware that such exchanges transit through our AI providers' servers in accordance with their respective privacy policies, and that you do so at your own discretion.
Daiky shall not be liable for any decision made on the basis of responses provided by My Daiky. If you have medical, skin, or dermatological concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Each product page may include a "Usage" section providing general information on how to use the product in question. This information is generated automatically from third-party sources or generally available data and is provided for indicative purposes only.
This information does not constitute personalized usage advice adapted to your skin type, health condition, or individual needs, and may not reflect the specific instructions appearing on the packaging of the product in your possession. Users are encouraged to consult the instructions on the product packaging directly before use. Daiky shall not be liable for any damage resulting from use of a product based on this information.

Daiky reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a violation of these Terms.
The Service includes a community space enabling users to share reviews, comments, experiences, images, and other content relating to cosmetic products ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Daiky a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, anonymize, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, EU/EEA users may request deletion of their User Content in accordance with applicable data protection law, and the license granted herein shall terminate with respect to such content upon deletion.
Reviews and content published in the community space reflect exclusively the personal opinions of their authors. They do not represent the position of Daiky and have not been verified, validated, or approved by Daiky. Daiky does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or relevance of User Content. You use such content at your own discretion and under your sole responsibility.

Any user may report content they consider inappropriate or contrary to these Terms by contacting Daiky at contact@daiky.us or via the reporting mechanism available in the application. Daiky undertakes to review any report within a reasonable timeframe.
Daiky reserves the right, without obligation, to moderate, remove, or refuse any User Content at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Removal of content does not entitle the user to any compensation. Daiky shall not be liable for User Content published by users, nor for any direct or indirect damages that may result from its consultation or use by other users.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Daiky may collect data derived from the use of the Service and anonymize and aggregate such data (e.g., scan frequency, ingredient trends, product popularity, overall usage patterns). Daiky retains full ownership of such anonymized and aggregated data and may use it for any lawful purpose, including analytics, service and model improvement, research, publication of market insights, and commercial or B2B partnerships, provided that no individual User can ever be identified.

Daiky may implement technical measures (including rate limiting, CAPTCHA, or access restrictions) and may suspend or terminate access in the event of suspected violations.
Certain features may be available through paid subscriptions ("Daiky Premium"). Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat. Daiky does not store full payment card details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the relevant platform settings prior to the end of the billing period. Refunds are governed exclusively by the policies of the applicable platform.
All elements of the Service, including software, databases, algorithms, methodologies, trademarks, logos, and content, are the exclusive property of DAIKY INC. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Daiky does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
To the extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, Daiky disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
This choice of law does not deprive EU/EEA users of the mandatory protections afforded by the laws of their country of residence.
Daiky may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
